Not a full day’s, or even afternoon’s caching, as we were visiting a friend’s garden which was being opened for the day for charity. (http://www.tvacaa.org/opengardens2011.php) . We planned to visit 5 caches, but we only able to find 4 despite much intensive searching for the fifth.
Farley Hill is a small village on the outskirts of Wokingham and Arborfield and the five cache sites took us to the church, the water tower, and some very quiet rural fields. The caches were mainly 35mm film canisters or similar and hidden in fairly straightforward locations – ideal as it gave more time at the splendid Open Garden !
